Formerly the Timberlane Community Band, now in its 18th season, is a free, volunteer band, led by Timberlane Regional School music directors John Mainella and Kurt Schweiss. We rehearse and perform at the Timberlane Performing Arts Center (PAC), located in the High school/Middle school complex in Plaistow. We also perform at various indoor and outdoor venues in the greater area. Maybe you’ve seen us on Memorial Day in Atkinson, a Summer Concert on the common in Plaistow, or joined us with our gala Fundraiser the Annual Pops Concert every April.

CDC COVID GUIDELINES FOR ALL

As always in our new world, we have COVID guidelines to consider for this fall. Only TCMA members that are fully vaccinated according to CDC guidelines are welcome to attend all rehearsals and concerts and are not required to wear a mask. Those unvaccinated and unwilling to mask, will be asked to delay their return until appropriate medical conditions exist to ensure the health and safety of all the members. To participate, unvaccinated members would need to wear a mask in rehearsals and concerts when not actively performing. Additionally, instrumental performers, where appropriate, would need to secure an instrument covering to inhibit the spread of the virus while performing.  UPDATE: All people entering the PAC buildings will wear masks per the Timberlane School Board. We need to keep them on until we are seated and ready to play. If you get up to go to the restroom or take a break, we must put them back on again. If you go outside, no mask is required.
